BC025_English: The Transition and Recovery Plan
When the end point of a crisis is reached and the organization can demobilize from a response residual tasks may remain which require some members of the leadership team in continuing to address risks. This process can be documented within a Transition Plan. By having a defined and systematic process by which management teams can resolve outstanding problems and tasks then the Crisis Management Leadership Team and impacted Local Incident Management Team can stand down, knowing that any remaining tasks are being managed effectively.
