Design Your Own Training RSM understands that value rests not only in our certification process, but importantly ensuring we can add further value by providing certifications to our instructor and online trainings through other accrediting bodies. Many of our management courses come with HRCI and SHRM credits, we align all business continuity management training to ISO 22301 and 27001 standards, our leadership programs are approved by the Institute of Leadership Management [ILM], and our SAFE DRIVER program is aligned to NSC standards.
ILM, HRCI, and SHRM Certified Courses RSM understands that training value rests not only in our own high standards, but critically by validating these standards against impartial third party awarding bodies. RSM holds Approved Training Center status with four awarding bodies: ILM, HRCI, SHRM and the NSC. This makes our learning solutions credible and legitimate, both from an internal stakeholder perspective, but also when seeking to protect your team from litigation and reputational risks. We align all leadership training to ISO standards on risk assessments, the design, development and implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems, emergency management, ICT DR Disaster Recovery and cyber security, security management and other related standards.
