BC026_English: The Crisis Event File and Dossier

Often during a crisis situation hundreds of emails and documents are shared within the responding teams and no effort is made at the outset in terms of capturing and consolidating information so that when the End Point of the crisis is reached all correspondence and data can be reviewed and packaged for onward use. This training course for leaders discusses the value of creating Event Files at the outset of an event, and how information can be gathered, and then consolidated when a crisis is over. This process supports After Action Reviews, as well as any litigation or reputational risks which may occur within the days, weeks, months or even years following an event.
