Event Risk Management Program [ILM, SHRM, and HRCI Certified] -French

Events, whether a conference, seminar or workshop, create opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and foster personal and professional growth – however they also present opportunities for criminals, hostile government agencies and terrorists to target individuals and groups. Events also create situations where large numbers of people gather and are exposed to natural disasters, accidents and fires. Organizations have a responsibility to protect not only their own people, but also event participants and speakers. This course provides 2hrs of learning within 5 mandatory courses culminating in an ILM award, and up to 8hrs of learning [with individual certifications] within 10 elective courses. RSM is the only organization permitted to provide internationally certified Institute of Leadership Management [ILM] online certifications for those managing event risk management, with an accompanying 10 HRCI and SHRM credits. The program can be taken at the participant’s pace, is provided in various languages, and it provides scope for participants to choose their own learning journey. Business PHR Credits (Functional Area 1): This course supports Human Resource professionals in meeting the needs of business management and strategy, developing a knowledge of their role within enterprise risk management; ensuring that policies contribute to protecting the organization from potential risks. This training also protects the organization from loss and liability, develops leadership concepts and applications, and supports risk management techniques.
