The Fleet Management and Safe Driver Program [SHRM and HRCI Certified] -Arabic

Transport and movement is a common part of any organizational requirements, and arguably presents the greatest exposure to risk. The ability to understand, establish and maintain an effective fleet management system to ensure effective travel risk management processes, vehicle maintenance and management systems, and a safe driver instructor training program – with supporting safe driver skills and standards - is vitally important. This course provides 3hrs of learning within 10 mandatory courses, and up to 3hrs of learning within 5 elective courses with 6 HRCI and SHRM credits. The program can be taken at the participant’s pace, and it is provided in various languages. Global PHR Credits (Functional Area 6): This course supports Human Resource professionals in ensuring workplace health, safety and security in accordance with federal laws and regulations; including an occupational injury prevention program to address workplace safety risks. The training supports third party and vendor selection and contract negotiations for fleet services, adult learning processes and motivation for fleet managers, driver instructors and driver personnel, and defines ethical and professional standards. The training supports job analysis and description methods, and explores different training techniques. The training supports managers with standards and project management concepts, risk management practices, and protects the organization from damages and loss.
