FLO-4_English: Road Traffic Accident

This exercise simulation has been designed specifically for Family Liasson Officers.

Serious road traffic accidents, especially in remote areas or where medical infrastructures are unreliable or limited, can quickly lead to minor injuries becoming serious, and may lead to long-term disabilities or even death. The ability to manage a single or multi-casualty situation, and potentially fatality and repatriation requirements, can be highly stressful to those managing the incident, and can expose the organization to reputational and litigation risk.
