SDT004_English: Driver and Fleet Management: Standards, Training and Processes
Fleet management and the associated requirement to identify, vet, select, onboard and train drivers to meet appropriate standards of professional conduct and safe driver knowledge and skills is critical in protecting people and goods. The selection of vehicles against need, profile, cost and performance, their management and upkeep, scheduled and event driven servicing, the application of equipment and technologies, and the infrastructure required to management fleets can ensure that organizations are both operationally, and cost, effective. Managers also need to ensure operating practices and training regimes meet both operational needs, regulatory compliances and good duty of care standards. All elements above can be provided under a Safe Driver Instructor and Evaluator Program Level 1 course as SDT.00A. PLEASE REMEMBER - Some modules offer language subtitles.
