The female safety and security awareness training is designed for staff members travelling or working both at home, or in new and challenging environments (whether international or national staff) where social, cultural and gender differences can present a risk or challenges to female staff members. The module explores the different gender related risks which might exist, as well as pragmatic and effective risk management and response measures which can be used to identify, avoid, mitigate or respond to a wide range of gender related threats.
