RSM has developed an ILM (Institute of Leadership Management)-endorsed, Train The Trainer (TTT- aka Effective Methods of Instruction) program to build instructor capability through a proven and comprehensive methodology. This includes a full TTT package which can be applied to any topic, comprising: An introduction to training, The qualities of a good instructor; Learning styles and types of lessons, Lesson structuring and confirming learning; and The selection and use of training aids.
