Security Management and Focal Point Program [ILM, SHRM, and HRCI Certified] -French

Understanding, mapping and evaluating risks at the strategic, operational and tactical levels for human-made threats and natural disasters allows leaders to effectively and confidentially prepare for and prevent, respond to and manage, and transition and recover from a crisis situation. This is increasingly important for both security and risk professionals, as well as critically for non-security professionals acting as field Security Focal Points, and department or locational Business Continuity Representatives. RSM is the only organization which provides easy to access online Institute of Leadership Management [ILM] certifications for risk leadership, as well as 22 HRCI and SHRM credits. Our internationally orientated program offers 5hrs of training within 7 mandatory courses, with up to 17hrs of elective training within 22 courses. The program is designed to build leadership knowledge, competency and confidence, create resistance through safety and security measures and the ability to implement incremental adjustments to an emergency situation; addressing key areas of risk to people, facilities, assets, information, business and operations, as well as risks to organizational reputation. The training is aligned to ISO standards for resiliency, security, risk management and emergency management and is provided in multiple languages. The program can be taken at the participant’s pace, provides scope for participants to choose their own learning journey. Organizations can also design build their program, self-selecting elective modules from over 300 online training courses. Business PHR Credits (Functional Area 1): This course supports Human Resource professionals in meeting the needs of business management and strategy, developing a knowledge of their role within enterprise risk management; ensuring that policies contribute to protecting the organization from potential risks. This training also protects the organization from loss and liability, develops leadership concepts and applications, and supports risk management techniques.
