SM002_French: Facility Safety and Security for Leaders
Facilities are concentrations of people, assets, information, critical activities and organizational capacity; as such they present a significant, potential, organizational vulnerability. This leadership training helps organizations evaluate and understand risks to offices, residential accommodation or other facilities such as warehousing and field worksites. The course looks at how to augment security and safety measures in a cost effective and pragmatic manner (attuned to the profile requirements of the local environment), as well as how to best manage a guard force. This course is useful for pre-lease risk evaluations, as well as for organizations seeking to sensibly augment their safety and security measures at existing facilities – in a pragmatic and cost effective manner. The training looks at structures (gates, walls, windows and doors), technologies (alarms, CCTVs, buzzer systems and lighting), security personnel (managers, shift leaders, guards and searchers) and processes (such as access control and lock and key security). This training brings together management teams into a unified and mutually support approach to business continuity management. HR PHR Credits (Functional Area 6): This course supports Human Resource professionals in conducting a needs analysis, ensuring that occupational safety and security measures are in place, and establishing effective risk management techniques. This training also develops leadership concepts and applications, and protects the organization from loss and liability. PLEASE REMEMBER - Some modules offer language subtitles.
