Ethical violations of organizational standards and practices not only undermines the ethos of the team, they can also have legal and reputational implications. Where staff are the perpetrators of sexual harassment, especially if they hold a position of influence, then the ability for the management team to investigate (fairly for all parties) the situation is critical in order for an informed decision to be reached.
