Ethical violations of organizational standards and practices not only undermines the ethos of the team, they can also have legal and reputational implications. Where staff are identified as accessing pornographic materials using organizational assets, especially if they hold a position of influence, then the ability for the management team to investigate (fairly for all parties) the situation is critical in order for an informed decision to be reached.
