CMLT-14_English: Ethical Violation: Prostitution

Ethical violations of organizational standards and practices not only undermines the ethos of the team, they can also have legal and reputational implications. Where staff are involved in prostitution, especially during work hours or using organizational assets, facilities or funds, especially if they hold a position of influence, then the ability for the management team to investigate (fairly for all parties) the situation is critical in order for an informed decision to be reached.
