The ability to identify and respond to a suspect threat, whether from an individual or vehicle, can make the difference between a life and death decision. Suspect people and vehicles may represent a threat from an active shooter, criminal, or terrorist group… or they may represent no threat at all. Where the security environment is unstable then the ability to identify, assess, report and react to a potential threat, often including external stakeholders, may be critical.
