GFM008_English: Raising Awareness and Competency

It is the responsibility of the Security Management Team to ensure the development of awareness within both the Security Organization, as well as within facility staff and visitors. The primary focus of the Security Management Team is to develop awareness and competency within the Security Organization, both at a management level, and within the guards performing access control, badging, inspections and searches, patrolling and other related duties. A secondary goal is to raise employee and visitor awareness, supporting the overall approach to safety and security, as well as emergency response.
