Modules address mapping and assessing complex and fluid risks, proactive resiliency planning measures, the selection of hotels or guesthouses for travelling or long-term deployed staff, effective travel risk management standards and measures, stakeholder needs, engagement and management, different leadership styles during an emergency, the steps for activating a crisis management response, the common responsibilities of Trip Team Leaders, emergency communication techniques, family liaison during a crisis, conducting After-Action reviews following an incident, and the mechanisms by which to resume business after a crisis.
