Organizations have a responsibility to protect their staff and to ensure that sound duty of care measures are in place to enable a positive and safe working environment. This course assists leaders in understanding the complex issue of duty of care, including aspects such as vicarious liability and the tension and distinction between legal duty of care requirements and moral and ethical obligations.
