The physical and psychological safety and wellbeing of employees is of vital importance. As such, acts or threats of physical violence, including intimidation, harassment or coercion, which involve or affect a company, should never be tolerated. Managers are responsible for providing a safe and positive work environment to employees and their families, as well as to clients, subcontractors, and other visitors to organization facilities. This training is designed to increase your awareness as a manager as to how you can support a workplace violence prevention strategy.
