Being able to share information effectively, to the right people, at the right time, and in the right level of detail is critical, whether this is during normal business operations, and more importantly, during a crisis event. The Security Team, or those managing a security team, may be required to support with written incident reporting, and so understanding the most effective method of capturing and sharing information is important to support an effective organizational response to an emergency situation.
