MBS&S014_English: Active Shooter and Armed Aggressors

Active shooter and armed aggressor attacks may target schools, shops, recreational areas, offices, events, rallies and demonstrations, specific people, or government buildings. Attackers may work as individuals, or in groups, using vehicles, knives, guns or explosives as part of their strategy. This mini brief is designed to quickly elevate the levels of staff knowledge and awareness on this threat area, and to provide simple and easy methods to confidentially prepare for, and effectively [self-help] respond to any emergency situation which may occur.
